For clerks

• Clerk help center — review applications, expirations, CSV, cards, payments
• Agency sign-in: https://staging.civicpetlicensing.com/login
• Forgot password uses the same login email; reset mail is fail-soft and logged

For residents

• Use your town’s portal link (/a/{slug}) to apply or renew
• Verify a tag at /verify/{token} without signing in
• For fee or rabies questions, contact your local clerk office — CivicPet does not replace municipal staff
